JETDZ totally introduces 60 projects with contract amount of 100+ million yuan each from January to October this year

The reporter learned from the 2022 Conference on Strategic Planning Work of Jingzhou Economic & Technological Development Zone held on December 1 that, in the coming year, JETDZ will strive to build an investment center features of “fully loaded with projects, incremental expansion, industrial upgrading, industry-city integration”, to give full play the leading role of National Demonstration Area to Undertake Industrial Transfer.

JETDZ will positively plan projects to tap new economic growth point, go all out to gather resources to seize development opportunity; make efforts in the docking of investment attraction information, track, study and judge the investment information in a timely manner, and strive for the implementation of the project. The area should focus on the construction of key projects, optimize the allocation of land, science and technology, human resources and other factors, and accelerate the integration of industry and city. The area will resolve the problems that restrict the development in various aspects such as the attraction of major projects, development space and city fusion, to achieve breakthroughs in the areas of shanty reform and relocation, ecological and environmental protection, investment and financing, urban management and cadre style and capacity building, to promote industrial revitalization and the rise of industries.

It is reported that from January to October this year, JETDZ has totally kicked off 40 projects with investment amount of 100+ million yuan each, put into operation 36 projects, attracted 60 projects with contract investment of 35.1 billion yuan, realized more than 23% year-on-year growth in total industrial output.
